The Nicholas Street Precinct – Ipswich City Council has been selected as a Finalist for The Urban Developer Industry Excellence Awards category, Excellence in Marketing Innovation.

With a vision to create a sophisticated city heart experience embraced by arts, culture, and leisure, our submission focused on our Brand and Activation strategy to enliven the city core through targeted positioning, strength in branding, and a cohesive activation calendar.

The successful delivery of this innovative strategy achieved record visitation and more importantly, a community sentiment that is now championing their brand, reclaiming their city heart and returning to this revitalised hub of Ipswich.
